You're going to file an appeal because your ENTER score will be a 97 instead of 98?
You need to take a step back and enjoy life a little more.
Each to their own. I took the initiative to work for this knowing I have plenty of time for enjoyment in the future... so it's all a matter of the individual...
I assure you I'm not paying the money for the appeals just to appease my embarrassment... if it was genuinely my own stupidity I will learn from it and move on.
I'm filing an appeal because I honestly believe they got my externals wrong for those two subjects and I want them to recount it, and I want a copy of my raw marks distribution. Given my internals were all ridiculously higher and my estimates are all higher, externals that low when I came out feeling good and being positive of band 6 externals are ridiculous.
That's really, really unfortunate. I'm sure thousands of others are in that same situation.
You might as well appeal it, they won't deduct marks -- the only outcome is a better ATAR, or one the same.
Is there a chance you can scrape in with the 97? I know people who have gotten into courses requiring 85s, with ATAR scores of about 70... One mark might see you get in.
Saying that, you've done very well. As I understand, your ATAR is a 97? That's more than I can ever hope for (through no fault but my own laziness).
Are you sure they don't deduct marks? I was a little reluctant to appeal because of this reason but I honestly feel like I'm at the point where they've given me the lowest marks I could have imagined for myself personally so all or nothing I guess.
& Thank you
How do you think you went??
I'm not sure if I can scrape in with the 97... I have pretty much had to change my whole UAC preferences with this **** up & kiss goodbye to any potential scholarships. Very very frustrating. My first course preference was 98.00 and backup was 97.25, both of which I am struggling to get with the shit ecos (87) and business (92) marks.
