I'm surprised Roger won the third so comfortably though, going by the set scores it was obviously close up until then. Must've just put the foot on the accelerator.

Honestly, Wawrinka blatantly gave up in the 3rd. It was so obvious that it was kind of uncomfortable to watch.

yeah, I went to sleep as soon as Fed went 3-0, wasn't surprised at all to the 6-0 scoreline.

For anybody home this saturday night, the Djokovic/Berdych match is at 7.30 AEDST and Federer/Murray is at 11pm AEDST tonight on ESPN.

Murray beat Fed in straights as did Novak against Berdych. Wow Novak's serve has improved.

Great win for Djokovic. Saved 5 match points in the 2nd set. With these two, on that sort of court, their returning pretty much cancels out each others serve to the point where holding serve is almost harder than breaking it.

Finally got to watch the final last night, what a match, the rallies between these two are insane, hitting it harder than ever and retriving as faster as ever, they were lucky that the US Open final was played in extreme wind because they would of died in the 5th set. One of the better matches of the year this one. Obivously the tweener by Djoko when he's two points from losing is a massive highlight. Both players were extremely punped of this match too.
