I have tried with all my might to defend this coach, but there is no point fighting a battle you can't win. Danny Frawley will be gone at the end of the year.

I just feel that Danny Frawley and his coaching staff do not have the capability of a Malthouse, or a Sheedy to pick up young guns and develop them over time.
Instead, i feel Frawley and Co. are going the opposite way, and players are worse off when they come to the club.

With that said, I think he should stop playing all of our younger players for the simple fact, i think he (and his coaching staff) are making players go backwards in progress instead of forward.

Leave the younger players for the next coach who can make these younger players head in the right direction.

disagree entirely with your assessment of not playing younger players.
i do agree that danny and his mates are clearly not up to afl coachng standards.
our only hope now is to play the kids and unearth and nurse thme through so that we uncover some good players for the future.
look the likes of flenmming, houles and keelaway d and rogers willb e gone as well as recylced hacks like fltcher. we need kids that can step up. we need a new batch for next year. this years group will form the basis for next year. Look everyoe is different, krakouer took 3 years to devlop. The likes of hartigan, raoch and newman are impressive. i say play the kids and look after them on the way. if we were a phyiscal side we could really protect them but we hope they can come throught it all.
