MJ did what it had to I suppose, but I'd be very worried if was to draw the inside at the Valley Cox plate day. Seems to be a horse that relishes clear galloping room.

What the hell was J Allen doing on Dubious? Wouldn't have beaten the winner as it destroyed them anyway, but far out. pinged the start, then held it back and didn't like being stuck in between runners, race cooked!. Thankfully for me he made amends on the track specialist/1st up specialist Grey Shadow in the last.

I think the Queztte stakes will be a good form race down the track.

Lyre's sectional's will be good reading, and Lankan Star was doing it's best work in the last 50m, went through the line strong. 1400m more his go?
