I was just thinking this, if/when stage 4 does happen this afternoon, would that mean a complete shutdown of VICracing?

if that were to happen surely the spring would be in jeopardy.

My horse is back in work and being set for a race return later this month. Is with Hayes at Euros. Does anyone know if they can take it across the border into NSW or thats off the cards?
