So, am I right in saying that the prize money for both the Mens and Womens title is the same, now?

So... Linsday Davenport receives the same amount as... Lleyton Hewitt?

Is the prize money equal at all major's now, or?

Yes tennis is officialy a joke with prize money, with the prize money being the same for men and women.

I think common sense will prevail soon enough and changes will be made and the Men will rightfully be getting a bigger slice of the pie.

Common sense isn't as common as you may think. This one won't change any time soon, despite how illogical and unfair it is.

If the women played 5 sets, the Open wouldn't fit in 2 weeks. My suggestions are:
- men and women play 2 of 3 in Round 1, 2 and 3
- men and women play 3 of 5 in from the 4th round on (ie. once seeds meet)
