How could anyone be proud of a flag that represents genocide, oppression and subservience to a foreign king or queen?

The people that drape themselves in the aussie flag are the same morons who think Sydney is the capital of Australia, have no idea what Eureka or Mabo are and cling to a symbol as a way of compensating for their lack of education and to "prove" themselves to their bogan mates.

I realise that none of the "ratbag element" who post on this message board will care - but this is my last post here.

I had a great Australian Day on the beach down on the Mornington Peninsula with about 100 of my closest family and friends and we erected a huge flagpole with the Australian Flag on it for the day.

We are all just proud Aussies unlike many of the unsocialable losers who hide behind their keyboards on this message board.

When I asked people on the beach did they think the Aussie Flag incited violence (a view that some of the weirdo's around here seem to have) I was just laughed at and ridiculed.

I have come to realise that I certainly would not socialise with the types of people who post their strange anonymous views on this message board so i will not be wasting any more of my valuable time reading their crackpot views.
