Greatest game ever, yes it is.

A mate bought a Nintendo plus Aussie Rules off Ebay and a few of us over the weekend became uber nerds at it. It brought back so many memories, who could forget Hobart, Darwin and Canberra? Awesome teams.

And who could forget this caption?

I also love it how you can still play on after the siren and kick a goal and it would be allowed, soooooo much better than any other AFL game that has been released.

Just goes to show: gameplay>graphics when it comes to the enjoyment of a game.

You can play the game there. The only controls I know is the arrows to move and Z to kick.

I was too young to ever play it so I'd appreciate if somebody could work out the full controls.

• Directionnal cross : Keyboard Arrows
• Select button: "Back" key
• Start button: "Enter" key
• B button: "W" key
• A button: "X" key

I picked up a NES emulator off the web and downloaded this game... and use my X-Box 360 controller to play.

Lovely.
