Only saw bits and pieces (flicking between Federer and the soccer) but that's a solid win be Bernie. Didn't drop his bundle after getting broken early in the second set either, seemed determined.

It would be better for the tour in general. In an ideal world the tour should be split as close to possible on grass-clay-hard.

At the very least, there should be a masters tournament on grass.

100% agree on that, it's a joke Grass does not have 1 of the 9 masters tournaments.

I'm surprised there is no grass masters. I don't mind grass but I wouldn't the whole circuit played on that surface lol

One of my long-standing dreams is a Grass Masters in Australia during the late year Asian hardcourt swing, but I can't ever see that happening sadly, having a grass tournament so isolated in the calendar, and potentially detracting from the oncoming Aussie summer of tennis.

A grass masters in Germany please, they deserve more than 500.

Thought he was a bit stiff in the final breaker, could easily have gone his way.

I missed the final set (Fell asleep). I thought he just gave up in the second set after those double faults, handing the break to Federer.
