Great week at this level from Australian players again. I'm sure Firestarter and the rest of us would like to actually see an Aussie win a tournament this time and not fall at the final hurdle.

I can't agree. I hope they both make the final and then it's a competitive match if they face each other. Good on Bernie for actually having a crack at the challenger level.

This match between Millman and Andreozzi is quite a good one. Some good tennis being played by both players despite several breaks of serve. Millman lost the first set in a tight tiebreaker, leads 3-1 in the second.

In contrast to the noisiness of Budapest we have lovely twittering birds in the background too

Surprised but pleased to see that Millman got the win The match was delayed then had to be moved indoors to a hard court due to rain. From stats and reports it appears it was a pretty comprehensive win. This means he will now have a career high ranking of 58 which is awesome. Having a very good clay court season so far

Did anyone see it? Did Tomic tank? Millman served nine aces and the match only took 48 minutes (I wanted to watch but due to the delays fell asleep ).

Strange for a clay tournament finish with an indoor hard final. Can't be good for players bodies. Surely they had an indoor clay court somehwere.

Missed a few! Ebden is also playing in Busan and Popyrin is playing in Bordeaux. Kokkinakis was scheduled to play in Bordeaux as well but has withdrawn.
