I enjoy Twenty20 cricket, but six matches seems a bit over the top.

I usually stay up and watch most matches in the IPL, but find myself actually getting bored. Too much T20 will kill the concept, just like ODI cricket.

6 matches is ridiculous. Overkill will be the death of cricket. Who the hell will give a crap after the 2nd or 3rd game?

I thought the ICC had rules about the amount of T20 games that could be played by each country? I also thought cricket Australia gave precedence to Tests.

If they cant find a venue for a next to meaningless ODI series, then dont have it!

Great news!

Not sure why you guys are complaining, the series clearly isn't about entertainment but rather about getting good preperation for the World T20. Good thinking from CA and the PCB.

Umm never was about entertainment, just dont want to see the saturation of T20 cricket. It happened to One day cricket and nearly killed it. T20 cricket was born from this. Next we'll see T10 cricket!

Then don't watch, and just tune in when we play the World Cup

I think it's good that CA are taking the prep for the tourny seriously.

As a once off series then it is perfectly fine and helps us for the world T20. Given the history of the ICC I am wary that long T20 series will soon become more common.
