Should be Cummins, Richardson and Worrell

But no let’s pick blokes coming back from injury or pie chuckers...
Worrell being a tried and true test player of course. You seem to flip flop between opinions every post, aggressively suggesting players who have either no or little international experience should be playing crucial matches before actual test players. It's like you see a player make a few runs or take wickets ONCE and you suddenly demand they be in the test team lmao

Worrell is a conditions based selection. I’d have played Sayers but he’s injured. Need guys that genuinely swing the ball not less. Starc has been rubbish for a while and Hazelwood is just coming back from injury.

The only bowlers who should be locked in are Lyon and Cummins

See my post which features him going on about how Burns should be selected all Summer, and then questioning why he was selected when he failed in his first knock. Undoubtedly he'd begin questioning why Worrall was in over someone like Tremain if Worrall was selected and failed. The selectors are always wrong and he never is, basically.

Big test for Head here. The runs have dried up a bit in the last few overs due to some decent bowling. Hopefully he holds his nerve and doesn't blaze away and get out with a dumb, impatient shot.

Even though Australia are in a winning position now you couldn't be that happy if you forked out good money to go along today to watch this live.

Two average batsmen grinding out runs slowly against an average bowling attack, you'd see more entertaining cricket at a Sheffield Shield game.

Was this post ever addressed by this certain poster?

Few times previously I have raised such flip flopping, it has normally been ignored.

Credit where its due, Marnus has looked really solid despite a shaky start. Certainly looked more assured than Head.

Curious why his state average is so piss average with a good technique.

Nope, and I'm not surprised. Making a shit call is fine. I've made plenty of them with regards to the Australian cricket team. But you should at least own it when you do.

Hazlewood really should be an amazing bowler in England, suits him to a tee. Last time he toured there he tried to be a swing bowler which isn't his style. If he just bowls a 4th line with a little nibble like he normally does when in form he will do really well.

Players that bowl well in England tend to be the medium fast bowlers (around the 130-140kms) who can swing it or seam it. Starc should normally do pretty good but he leaks too many runs and is nowhere near as consistent at the start of an innings as he should be. I would be tempted to swap Starc for Richardson if Starc doesn't get his form back
Richo, Hazlewood, Cummins is the fast bowling lineup to go with. Cummo must bowl full in England though otherwise he's not going to take wickets. Starc has lost his way, his record is still decent but he's well and truly out of form.
