For a start, Guerrero had his appeal at CAS deferred against the length of his suspension for an unknown reason - I've been lectured to for five years how GOOD the World's Anti-Doping authorities including NADO's, WADA, CAS etc,etc, even though they are far from perfect - The deferral of the CAS hearing has most anti-doping experts scratching their head
