ah yep, forgot about that one, my bad.Brad Hodge is on channel 7's commentary team.
Merv Hughes?
Hope not, he's been tried a few times on Fox and 10s Big Bash and he doesn't add too much.
Also already confirmed for 7.Dirk Nannes ?
Some domestic 50 over matches on Fox, and the Shield final.Besides big bash what domestic cricket is on tv this summer?
The gov general match aswell as the prime minister xi.. fox cricket could open up oppertunities for other exhibition matches to be broadcasted aswellBesides big bash what domestic cricket is on tv this summer?
A little unfair, I think. CA has never been as guilty of chasing money as the ECB - or the BCCI.
Terrible.Really surprised and dispirited by Ian Healy’s signing. Hard to believe now, in his first few years at Ch 9 he was an excellent, perceptive commentator but by the mid-00s he’d turned into the jingoistic, abrasive twit that he remained till last summer. Can’t see him changing now back to his early version.
To echo what others have said, it feels like the Ch 7 & Fox commentary teams are the opposite of what one would’ve expected. Fox Sports is looking pretty dire now.
I don't get the indifference to Nicholas, for mine outside of the Sky UK team, he's the best around. Very unbiased and very knowledgable.Terrible.
I'd rather they brought back Nicholas or Chappell I before I had to listen to Healy's stream of consciousness again.
Just went through the TV guide, they’re showing some classic matches before the live cricket starts.
Pretty keen to watch some matches when Ponting and co were playing. 2008 vs the saffers is one I’ll be recording.
Absolutely loving watching the coverage of old test matches on fox. Ripper channel so far.
