Yeah and Birts average of 35 is way superior... There is like zero talent this late in the draft...

Birt's average is about 3 to 4 runs higher, but he's in worse form. I was thinking this, but
a) only as the last pick
b) it ruins team structure e.g. people chose spud spinners, because they are spinners, whereas if they'd know they could get a Herath, they wouldn't have

Has Agar been taken? Also, the bowling averages are fine, if you want quick bowlers, but not for spinners

The sim doesn't think like that. The lower the average, the higher the probability of a wicket

How about we have this one round international draft where teams can improve there lists.

Mateyman, how about this. Say you picked Boyce because you wanted a spinner, you can pick Herath in place of him (Boyce goes back into the field) and you just fill your last list spot with an Aussie Domestic player

I disagree. It tests each players knowledge of the depth in Australian cricket.

I know, but there are plenty of bowlers still left with averages under 30. ALso, the sims aren't the main thing in this draft. I think there's a vote, which is the main point, and the sim is more a fun thing

That's sort of what I was thinking. The hardest part of the draft is the end, when picks are running dry

Okay let's hold a vote. Are you for or against having an international player in your lineup. Like I stated previously, you can choose them to replace a player you may have begrudgingly picked earlier, or they can simply just fill your last list position.
