I'd cap the bowling options to 5, and put it down to judgement who gets to bowl. Like nothing outrageous, 40/23 split you have a superstar. So yeah, down to your discretion but don't be silly

And yes, Clarke would bowl something like 1.5x more than Beer with that average I'd guess

I'll have Harris, Butterworth and Putland as front liners, with Clarke I suppose. Beer can be a part timer

lol front liner isn't a thing, it's just how I'm referencing them

Front liners as in players who are in your team specifically to bowl, like Beer Harris Putland and Butters

And a part timer as in a batsman who bowls. There aren't categories in the sims if that's what I have accidentally mislead you to have believed.

The sim just works on averages and how each bowler has been bowling to allocate overs

It's a bit stupid I reckon, that any spud pace bowler is better than most spinners. Anyway, that's how it works.

You can do whatever you please, but again I must emphasize that you want to win. How your scorecard looks doesn't matter, why gives a flying **** if Beer bowled 10 overs and Pup 15? Pup has the better average, that is the blatant truth
