Norm Smith Medallist
And that's perfectly fine. Also, what if I only nominate 4 bowlers for the simming
I'd say that many will opt with 4 front line bowlers and an all rounder or part timer

The whole thing is a bit silly though, because Clarke is a better bowler than beer..... and can I just have 4 bowling options? Also, can I choose a 12th man for simming purposes? As in a spud fast bowlers who averages 30. Oh, and could Clarke be a frontline bowlerI'd cap the bowling options to 5, and put it down to judgement who gets to bowl. Like nothing outrageous, 40/23 split you have a superstar. So yeah, down to your discretion but don't be silly

Sure, you're giving me the stats. The whole thing is a bit silly though, because Clarke is a better bowler than beer..... and can I just have 4 bowling options? Also, can I choose a 12th man for simming purposes? As in a spud fast bowlers who averages 30. Oh, and could Clarke be a frontline bowler
I'll have Harris, Butterworth and Putland as front liners, with Clarke I suppose. Beer can be a part timerWhy, your lineup currently is fine. 4 front liners with 3 part timers to choose from (only one)
You want to win ultimately, and not be too fancy about the accuracy of the scorecard. I'd have Clarke as your 5th option everyday of the week
Can we wait till tomorrow evening to sim the game?
he hasn't bowled enough. Basically you're nominating 5 players who can bowl. the rest have the 99 average. For example, I'm nominating NCN, Falukner, Hastings, Lyon and HopesSO to clarify, I can't have roarer's average because he hasn't batted enough?
I'll get smashed, becausehe hasn't bowled enough. Basically you're nominating 5 players who can bowl. the rest have the 99 average. For example, I'm nominating NCN, Falukner, Hastings, Lyon and Hopes
For the original point of this game I'll take Cameron Boyce as my last player.
Final team is below with stats - I've only put the bowling stats for my bowlers for simming
S Watson 44/28
S Katich 52
R Ponting 56
P Forrest 32
A McDonald 40/29
M Marsh 22/27
S Whiteman 25
A Agar 33/30
C Boyce 13
J Hazlewood 12/31
B Hilfenhaus 14/28
nominate 4 bowlers if you want to. remember the simming serves no purpose to the actual game.I'll get smashed, because
a) my fifth bowler is no good
b) my fourth bowler is Clarke
It's a bit stupid I reckon, that any spud pace bowler is better than most spinners. Anyway, that's how it works.
Can you also nominate only 4 bowlers? or would it be better to have 5, even if the 5th has a bad average?
Agar is so overpowered... And yeah, we came to the conclusion that you should only have 5 bowling options, so that your legit bowlers don't get underbowled
