Hmm......Berdych is $6 now, might put a bit on him....:cool:
Federer is nowhere near 100%, and Berdych is fast approaching career best form and I wrecken he'll lift another gear with this match...So my tip is Berdych to win for an upset...! ;)

Tipsarovic had the game all but wrapped up against Federer the other day, and I'd suspect Berdych would have taken them chances no doubt.. If Federer plays his best, I have full confidence he'll win in staright sets, but by the look of his recent form / health, I'd say Berdych has got Federer at a good time, as he seems a bit more vulnerable than usual.. So I'll stick by my decision, and I'm still going for the underdog in Berdych to beat Federer..! ;)

hewitt blown out to over $5.30 now, all the money coming in for novak djokovic here


i reckon take a berdych+ hewitt multi paying a handsome= $46.00

as scratchy as hewitt's form has been, they have only played 2 times , with a 1-1 H2H. Even though hewitt lost last year to novak, with a bit more luck on his side, the tie breaks could have easily gone his way.
 
put a fairly long shot multi on last night...aust(4th test)-sharapova(champ)-nadal(champ) paying 60/1

also did the same multi but added collingwood for the premership, paying 600/1 :p

Thought Jankovic would get done today but am happy cos im on the jankovic federer double of winning the tournament and while unlikely is still alive

pay dirt finally.

Some of the Tsonga cash will go on him against Nadal and some on a few soccer bets I think.

That makes a total for the open of $50 spent, $47.50 earnt.

Tsonga to beat Nadal $3.90

Nadal to win the Australian Open $4.50

By the end of tommorow night I will have either more or less doubled my cash from these bets or have Nadal at $4.50 to beat a Djokovic/Fed, who both have a days less break then Nadal.

Lets wait and see.

Thankfully the last few days I have been too slow to put a bet on either Berdych or Blake to knock off Fed:D

I think that Djokovic/Fed will be a tight classic affair. With Nadal having the extra day off, I really think this is Nadal's year.

Im a bit on the Tsonga bandwagon at the moment i personally think that he has a shot tonight.

Pretending that Tsonga loses tonite its basically a $2.50 bet on Nadal to beat Fed/Djo with an extra days break. If the Fed/Djo game is a tight, long affair then Nadal's odd's will shrink to less then that for the final IMO.

Plus if Tsonga wins i not quite double my cash.

Man I love this guy, was going to put 5 on him for the title after his Youznhy game at $13 but didnt.

Iv already put them on at the TAB.

Im a uni student and my betting is usually at most $20 so im not super concerned about what would amount to an extra 70c on the head to head bet, and with only a fiver on the 3-0 again, not to concerned.

Sure, ok.

Still, I figure that it's difficult enough to beat the bookies - so you might as well try and ensure you always acquire the best odds possible no matter how much you're investing.

Of course, same as getting the cheapest price for the same product.

But these bets were mostly done while I was at the pub, rather chasing up and fully analysing various odds. Not much of a betting person so it was a once per blue moon thing
