Fantastic achievement by McDonald.
Looking at his playing history it looks like he just played some random Challenger event in Adelaide, then straight to Aust Open via qualifiers.
Mainly just plays USA circuit tours and has attempted to qualifying at Wimbledon but no luck. Crazy but awesome!

1st round was his first tour win. Regardless of tonights result I dont think he will stay on 1 win for long.

Is there a cut off for how late a match can start? Can't remember if they introduced it after the Hewitt Baggy match that time.

Not sure what the exact ruling is. I remember last year Dimitrov played Gasquet with the match starting around midnight
