Kokkinakis has to play doubles tomorrow which probably helped that decision. He and Kygios will play late presuming the game goes ahead which would be questionable.

I think they need games to go later. As well as Dash played I found last night really flat. I think people associate tennis with late finishes although maybe that's more appealing in January when more people are on holidays.
