You wanted to counter act my statement that Poo-E has no weapons by telling me his serve is 8km faster then De Minaur (Which does exactly nothing to disprove my original point) and you bring up Tomic and Kyrigos who have absolutely NOTHING to do with the subject matter, we were talking about physical development and service speeds not mental ineptitude.

He is 19 isn't he? Same stage of development as de minaur just hasn't played as many matches. From what I read up on him he bossed the junior tour won a Grand Slam than decided to bypass another year at that level and build his game through the challenger tour. For those that have seen him develop this would not be a surprise to them how he is going right now.

One thing we (Australian media/sporting fans) do is build up our young players at the first hint of success and then it is a rollercoaster. Let's just enjoy this tonight and hopefully not too much pressure or expectation gets placed on Alexei. Just let him keep developing his game over the next couple of years without too much pressure or expectation.

NO. You said Pouille's serve is shit (and slow) and saying De Minaur would beat him for that reason. Yet his serve is faster and more better. So I disproved one of your points.

Then you went on to the ranking of De Minaur. Same thing as Tomic and Kyrgios at their ages except they did better.

I think the only person that needs to be babysat is yourself. I assume it's past your bedtime.

Not really alike at all tbh.

Kygrios is a servebot with a decent forehand and hits a very flat ball. Prefers grass. He’s not a great mover for tour standards either, he gets found at a fair bit when he’s moved around the court.

Popyrins best surface is actually clay, hits with big spin, not a huge server (yet) but has a world class backhand. His court coverage is miles better than Kygrios, they are similar heights, but Popyrin is much quicker around the court.

Plenty have been touted as future champions and haven't been able to make it happen.
