Kaelan deserves credit for getting to the end but being there with the two biggest threats in the game shows he had a limited impact on the rest of the game going on around him.

The "Why does he need to make a move, he got himself to the final 2" argument doesn't hold up to me when you end up there with Myles and AJ

Don’t really agree with this. Choosing to go to the end with people who end up beating you is a mistake but it’s not a point for him having limited impact if that was the path he chose to take

kaelen will speak better than people expect and will claim AJ was his shield and he was pulling strings while never being in danger. he is smarter than people give him credit for.

that said his game would have been better had he made a move on either AJ or Myles (who would respect it and are the least likely to be bitter jury members which is so common in Aus survivor)

well - this aged like milk.

Looking at the cast for Australia v the world, did Janine pay them to get on?

She will have more room to play I suppose in this sort of game with bigger targets but was stunned at that casting.
looking at the cast... are the rest just going to be no names or first timers?
They have announced 14 haven't they..
maybe i am just used to the bloated casts of Survivor Australia but i assumed a few more numbers? And honestly i can't remember how others do it, it has been years since i watched American Survivor

Pretty sure that’s the entire cast

If it ends up being a success, hopefully they do a 2nd version of it with a more traditional format. Once the cast for season 50 of the US version is picked, there'll be 100s of US players who'd jump at the chance to come play here. You won't get Tony or Parv level names but there's a lot of good characters/players out there.

The only time I've ever seen a tie in Survivor FTC is in Ghost Island (US season) except it was a Final 3. In that scenario, the third person who wasn't in the tie had to cast the deciding vote. No clue what they would do in a Final 2 situation.
ROCKS 🪨

.nah idk. Would they do fire ?

I began watching this year's US Survivor. (Have watched every season prior) Three episodes of ugly people and woke crap and I was done. No more

Shame they stopped casting people who look like Denise Austin.

Too many players were trying to play it safe. I can only imagine how boring the season would have been if Myles wasn't introducing chaos and playing the game and AJ coming up with various manipulative strategies.

Also Myles and AJ made it entertaining where they didn't always go along with each other's plan yet still remained allies.

Spot on.

The last half dozen TCs we saw we all knew which one of the group was going home. It was boring, no-one bothered to try and mix it up and so Myles walked away with it. And I’m of the school, finding immunities isn’t outplaying the rest either.

AJ didn’t deserve it, you actually need to put in effort in the immunity challenges. Outlast just doesn’t mean to get to the end, it also refers to challenges.

Once Logan chose to depart rather than go rocks, the rest of the episodes were meh.

He would have won if he initiated the removal of either earlier given he was an immunity beast (not much to beat in that area tho).

Just played catch up on the last two episodes…

Kaelan lost the moment he didn’t take out AJ at 4. Also didn’t do himself any favours by trying to claim a perfect game.

FWIW, I also think he might’ve had a slightly better chance against AJ than Myles. TBH I think the jury had a more genuine dislike of him.
