I reckon 16 because it was originally supposed to be primarily the best team but having a better squad could win. Also some people I think sacrificed a particular player to get someone from another team due to needing 2 from each team.

Just checked the OP and it was meant to be 16. But I think that this draft is already quite slow and a few players have left. I am just unsure we will be able to find good players with these late picks. I'm happy to hear other's opinions though

Delete. Too much of a disadvantage to someone if they replace. Unless we just give them free reign in having anybody from any team. Eg. Ability to pick more than two from each team.

E: I wouldn't mind seeing what I could manage.
