Not a good loss for the WI when you consider they'll be most likely fighting for those last few automatic qualification spots for the World Cup as part of the Super League.

How about these bananabenders.. Martin Love, Stu Law and James Hopes (a/r) Doubts over Campbell and Hussey. Adding Chris Hartley as the keeper/batsman.
Love & Law played Tests, so that rules them out unfortunately. Hopes a quality all-rounder but can't see how he could break into that side. Hartley another good call, probably more deserving than Campbell.

Peter Anderson is a left field one for keeper. But for injury at the wrong time he probably would have been capped and it was his injury that paved the way for Healy.

Another good call. Not sure if I'd rate him above Ray Jennings though who probably would have been South Africa's full time 'keeper for many years if it wasn't for apartheid. Was trying to rack my brain for an awesome English wicketkeeper from back in the day who I'm sure deserves to get in, but can't think of anyone which played zero Tests.

Surprised Hazlewood wasn't MOTM. Give me 3 wickes at an economy of under 2 over 5 wickets at 6 in an ODI. Both played excellent though and it is great to see Starc find some form in the shorter format. So destructive at his best.

Good debut from Wes Agar.....Josh Philippe needs to stay opening.

For the next ODI world cup, age wise surely the likes of Philippe, Labuschagne, Green, Inglis and perhaps Smith / Marsh should be the future core of the top 6...any other young possible batting talents waiting to step up?...

Heazlett averaging 52 at a strike rate over 100 in List A cricket is one to keep an eye one. Wouldnt have a line through the likes of Mcdermott and Weatherald just yet either. Oli Davies is super exciting but still very raw and if Max Bryant can reign his aggression in and learn to develop an innings and use his brain he could be very good.

Problem is he’s another opener. We need some middle order bats badly.

Very strange how the decision was called just minutes after the toss. Feel for Riley Meredith. Guess him and Tony Armstrong will now make good trivia questions.
