Probably a pretty accurate shot of where we are at. Drilling and skills simply so far away from better teams. Richards complely owned us, libba and bont , beaten on all lines really.

The boys had heart. The Dogs are massive front runners vs the bottom sides.

More injuries killed it.

Umpiring was absolutely farcial. Zero consistency. Bont allowed to just drop the ball. Front on contact only goes one way. The most insufficient intent frees I've ever seen in a game. And a 50 for running past OUTSIDE the protected zone while following your man. Just to name a few.

• Effort was there.
•’Annoyed it wasn’t closer at the end, but we kept ourselves in it, with a undermanned side.
• Umpires didn’t help with sucking out some momentum (as always).
• Larkey & Z’s after the siren goals would have been handy.
• The holding the ball rule needs to be looked at. Umpiring of it so inconsistent.
Dogs aren’t as good as I thought they are.
• Dominated certain aspects of the game, but could not get it out of our back fifty.
• More issues around concussion. I reckon we don’t have X or LDU next week. Handy hey?!
• Still only 3/4 of footy.

Things I’d like to see during the remaining games.

1. Daniel to the twos and Cooper to get a bunch of games in his role down back. More skillful , a little quicker and can compete overhead..

2. Please run some left field options through the middle. If we persist with slow plodders in there for the bulk of time I don’t think I can watch anymore . I realise we are thin for options for pace but it’s so painful to watch us get consistently hammered on the spread.

3. ZD and Maley néed to play the rest of the year.

4. Captains who stop ****ing grinning walking off post game. Are they serious ?

Meh pretty good first half and outclassed in the end. Would've been nice for the umpires to lube up in the last, but the truth is we were fading before they really hit their straps.
Felt like we never really gave up at any point so not too unhappy all things considered.

I’m also struggling to see what the 50 to Darcy in the last was paid for ???? When that headband dickhead was doing all the rag dolling ?
