Curtis Mckercher Xerri Fos Simpkin at times all good.
The rest put in effort when they felt like it and didn't look like afl standard players.

Can’t knock any win when we’re as starved as we are

Xerri game sense in tight games is 2nd to maybe Pendlebury, genuinely. His time wasting tactics of locking it in stoppages & the forward pocket were fantastic, he just kept driving it into congestion or to the line. He is a stoppage beast and is a massive strength to us, so why not play to it

O’Sullivan & McKercher best games for the club. O’Sullivan endurance compared to Reid looked really good late.

Simpkin while driving me nuts does stand up in clutch moments, we just don’t have a lot of clutch moments

Larkey needs to work out what he wants to do. Be a leader or a whinger. He was double teamed heaps yep but in those moments he needed to lead to a shit spot to try deter the kicker from going to Larkey and allow them to kick to either space for him to double back into or to a 1-on-1 for Curtis or Zurhaar. Can’t just call for it, wrestle 2 and then abuse the kicker.

Despite the ugliest win in AFL history, this game was clearly the straw that broke a lot of camel backs. That is obvious.

Fans are and deserve to be furious, exhausted, and sick of this.

Among the many underlying issues, the thing that stands-out the most to me is that this club refuses to reward VFL form, and the result is a culture of unaccountable prima-donna show ponies strutting around week-in/week-out wearing the Royal Blue and White.

You watch us be too cheap to actually make any substantive changes this week, as we won't want to pay for extra flights from Melbourne to Perth ahead of the Freo game. And they'll hide behind a facade of "oh we won, so we don't want to make substantive changes" as if we didn't just get absolutely out-played by the worst team in the AFL and only won due to sheer dumb luck.

SHUT THE **** UP. WE WON. I'm frustrated, I'm annoyed, I was boiling my eyes out. But we won because we dominated them around the ball in the last quarter.

Fancy a supporter of team that has won now 16 games in 5 years coming on to WHINGE after a come from behind win. Jesus.

Maybe enjoy the performances of FOS, X, RHJ, Zurharr, Hardemann etc. and a win for the team you support rather than posting this tripe.

I'm really relieved we somehow won that, not sure I could have taken a loss vs West Coast. Possibly the worst win I've ever seen though, we were absolutely terrible. Every other team flogs us today. Nice to get a win anyway, we played really well ignoring the first 3.5 quarters.

A terrific post, particular the X game sense stuff and the Reid note. If Reid was cleaner in the last five minutes WCE would have won off his back entirely alone. Fumbled and stumbled and seemed more interested in fighting Sheezel.
