Average AGES

Lets try this again, dont mind me people, having a shocker this morning...

I just sat here and worked out the average AGE for the Swans. It was (after delistings etc) 22.9.

This will obviously be further reduced after the draft period.

Anyway, I don't know Carlton's average age but I'm pretty sure that if Braddles retires it goes down by a good half year and will make us close to middle of the road as far as average ages go (even though everyone thinks we are on avg. 10 years older than the rest of the comp).

And it'll go back up again by a good four months if Pagan decides to draft Mick Martyn.

There is zero chance of that happening. I thought Pagan was VERY reluctant for Mick to even play in 2002. Martyn is kidding himself if he thinks anyone will show any interest in him in the pre season draft. The guy's gotta see the light - it's over.

I don't know the average age at Geelong,but next year only 5 players will be 26 or older at the start of the footy season [Graham,Riccardi,Sanderson,White,Lord]

Following on from above, what is the average age of a teams ten oldest players?
The "team" average does not really mean much.
