Hey dubz, you should watch The Motorcycle Diaries. Very good film about Che Guevara as a young man traveling through South America. It doesn't really answer your questions but it's a really good movie and not as boring as it looks.

Powerade 08 gives it an 8.2/9

Isn't the Vatican in Rome?

St Peter was Jesus' favourite and most prominent disciple, who was elected the first Pope. I guess because in those days, Rome was pretty much the centre of everything then it made sense for Peter to take residence and govern the Catholics from there.

That is my thought on it, anyway.

St Peter may have been the first pope, but there was no real church to speak of at that time. In fact, they were persecuted by the Romans. The Catholic Church did not gain legitimacy in Rome until Constantine renounced the Roman Gods and converted to Catholicism in the 4th Century AD.

St. Peter was crucified by the Romans, so is a martyr.

He was born in Argentina, but he was Cuban. Just like Hitler was born in Austria, but was German.
hmmm i guess, but adolf moved to germany young and was raised there. che didn't step foot in cuba till mid 20's....

either way, not really that important.

interesting article; http://www.slate.com/id/2107100/ - i don't agree with a lot of it.

6 che guevera's

He was declared "Cuban from birth" by Castro.

He was born In Argentina and spent a large portion of his life there.

he was argentinian.

i've looked in to the che gueverra thing not too long ago and it basically seems to me people mainly like him for the fact he was a rebel.... but most (including myself) don't fully understand how they went about their business.

as said i don't full understand it... i don't think many people do. and i think that graph up above sums it up very well.

I believe The Motorcycle Diaries goes some way in answering that. He saw how ****ed up South America was and decided to do something about it.

P.S. I don't support communist ideology.

Why is it that the dangerously thin body is the ideal figure for european fashion runways?

For the idiots, just because someone isn't dangerously thin doesn't mean they are obese, so I don't want to read something along the lines of, "because clothes don't look good on fat people". I've read it before that the boney figure is much preferred over your athletic build for example (eg kournikova or stokke). Why though?
