Ormond were pathetic after 1/2 time today. After trailing by 9pts at 1/2 time, 1 goal to 14 is just not good enough. Injuries are really taking their toll at the wrong time.

Ambulance's in each of the 1's & 2's are never a good thing in football, both Ormond players makes it worse.

hope the 2 blokes are ok GR.

ormond were outplayed all over the park after half time
bernards VC played one of the better ammo's game's ive seen in recent times with over 40 touches and 5 long goals from the back flank

cheers Chris.

Don't forget our horse in Doomben R4 #11 - will run a drum with the 50 for the family.

I hope you didnt double up Carl...both went sh*thouse...

Should be a cracker on saturday at the pit. Top of the table.
- Can OM's break the trend of Bernards 58 point avg winning margin at home?
- Can the bernies young brigade run the more experienced OM's off their feet?

hope the 2 blokes are ok GR.

One has a broken collarbone and the other has bruising to the brain. Ormond will lose another 5 or 6 players this week, clubbies will be lucky to field a team against OM's. Anyhow thats footy.

Apparently not. Ocam scored two whole points in three quarters of footy, and 3.2 in the other.

Was it you in the rooms after the game giving the players an absolute roasting for messing up your picks?[/quote]

Not me mate! I saw the signs early, left Marles just before halftime for GBO to watch u/19s win :)

Well Bedford it seems injuries are not the only thing down at Ormond you blokes have to worry about. My spies down at Ormond one of which is a club insider tells me more than a few people are not too happy with the cockroach.Believe it may also include some players. Some say he may be a bit set in his ways which can be a bit of a handicap in footy these days.Could be some truth in this as after a very bright start in B Grade, injuries aside things have unravelled somewhat. What is your opinion ?

Can't say I do Bedford. I know a blokes would like to see a few more tricks up his sleeve but its nothing to worry about i'd say. You can only play with the cattle you have so I think he is doing his best with what is at his disposal atm.

The guy is a good C Grade coach but looks like he is out of his depth in B Grade, which was proven at his 2 previous clubs and now at Ormond.

Just an observation on Barney.

Hampton - Did not end well
SBMT - was liked in the beginning hated at the end by a lot of the playing group
Beauy - Was disliked by a lot of players from the beginning
Ormond - Speculation that players are already questioning him.

I did not mind him off the field but on the field he was hard to put up with over time. Bit of a trend at all clubs it seems

This character assassination of Barney is poor form lads, leave it alone. Here are some facts, Barneys team had 6 outs last week and a little birdie tells me they have another four or five out this week. Not his fault.
They need to beat Blacks and stop Matt Kempton, otherwise they are headed for C Section with a bullet, this is a make or break game for them.
Old Camberwell will beat an improving Carey, mark my words, so the last few weeks will provide some ripping contests.
Spewing I missed my tips last week, tips for this week are:

SKOB
Camberwell
Haileybury
OM's
Blacks

Same as Murphys Law...

its a disgrace that the Gold Coast, and not St Bernard’s were given the kudos for recruiting the first rugby player over to Australian Rules. Our Clubbies have had a Zimbabwean world cup player playing in the team for 6 mths now and nothing, not even a bloody press conference.

I don’t see f*cking Sholly handing over $400k in subsidies ala Demetriou style. Just another example of the regime working to rid the competition of north of the river clubs.

;-)

Your right, i just checked the lists....they did play last time and camberwell won!

I don't get your point?

nice of mixfixh to share his clubs' selections on bigfooty!
Not sure of this, havent checked teamlists, but my point was that Camberwell just won with those players, however Carey have added several, mainly Howat,Rowe,Baldwin but others too i think, but regardless toss of a coin, not certain of that tip,my lock is OH.
I am also unsure about my Blacks win over Ormond> i will stick with it , but think that at Gunn we may see a different Ormond.

Year of the wind continues this Saturday...

Uni to beat Ormond - agree with BS on the Barney comments

Carey to beat Camberwell in the last chance dance

OH to beat Hampton with Harvs

SKOB to beat OT

Bernards to beat OM's by 10 goals dependent on what Benny Jordan whips up for dinner after his appearance on Today/Tonight.

Uni to beat Ormond -Ormond will have too many out
Carey to beat Camberwell- toss of the coin
Very Very OH to beat Hampton - Harvey to get 50 touches
St. Kevins to beat Trinity - Trinity going from playing on the biggest/best ground in the comp to the worst wont help them
St. Bernards to beat OM's - 50 odd plus winning average at the snakepit

I'll tell you what Bernies you are being kissed on the dick at the moment - word on the street is that Greene & Gardiner are not playing this week.
