Krushers crushed OI in the worst football conditions Ive seen for 10 years.
Thought it was an incerdibly poor effort by number 51 from uni blacks today. He was tagging Coughlan but obviously wasnt interested in trying to get the ball and just tried to 'go the man' every time Cogs went near the ball. He wasn't even looking at the ball and is nothing but a cheap sniper.
SKOB's 8 goal second quarter was the catalyst for a great win in horrible conditions. They are building quite nicely and look the goods.
Uni very dissapointing. Expected more from a potential top 4 team.
They were smashed on the scoreboard and smashed in the the fight.

It took probably the worst day weatherwise of the year for Oakleigh to produce their best effort for the season. Old Ivanhoe couldn't get their running game going in the wet - but they were missing a heap of walkup starts - Tremellen, Sutherland, Baldwin, Curatola, Low and others.
yep 51 and 26 for blacks once again just let their football club down. everyone accepts tags in football, but to that extent is just ridiculous. our umpires are second class to not put a stop to it early though..... pay a few free kicks early and this whole mess does not occur. seriously the VAFAUA should pay the melee fines for both clubs for poor performances from field umpires who just need to take control of these situations much earlier. lift your game Benny - teach these kid umpires that taggers have a job to do in football but thuggery, illegal physicality, and just plain poor play has no part in VAFA footy. on that performance blacks are in trouble to make the four, they were far more interested in making cogs' day miserable and forgot about the fact that a game was to be won.

Blacks are a shit club, shit admin, shit blokes, shit jumpers, shit supporters, shit everything, great to see them on the bottom of the ladder. Their rise through the grades was at other clubs in the VAFA's expense by pinching players and they will not sustain themselves in the higher grades by building their club with ex GFL hired guns either...
