Uni Blacks & Carey seem to be the most active in the late signings.
Wonder if big Jack Elliot is a chance of returning and getting on the bandwagon at OC???
He was at the game on Saturday as the Guest Speaker for OI.

David King, long term future at OC?
He coaches the school team, so i guess his just coming down for a kick.

Hmm, maybe Steve Wallis and Rod Grinter should make a comeback, hell, even Robert Shaw at the Tonners. He coaches the school team, so i guess his just coming down for a kick.

Kenny Fletcher was spotted doing some light work at Keilor Hill on Tuesday night, so anything is possible.

Doubt OC would be where they are now without Kanga's old mate.Maybe trying to do another Nick Holland (C section - circa 2007). Signing on before the deadline, sneaking into a well positioned side with a view to pinching a premiership medallion, then retiring once again?
If so, a bit ordinary I reckon.

I think this post is a little ord Scribe. I know Big Nick. Trying to sneak a personal medal was the last thing on his mind. Helping his mate/coach and a bunch of guys try and win a flag and go up a grade was up there though. Personal glory, thats a laugh.
Re King, havent seen him, but i reckon he may be a touch old and slow. When did he retire? Might be a good bloke to have around the club, help with training, been there done that etc, but not sure he will get a gig. But if he's super fit, a few inj's come OC way then you never know. May be worth a bench, pinch hit up forward. Would certainly make opposition wary of where he is and what he's doing.
Heard young Nick Holland is assistant coach at UBlues this year!!!
That was a bit under the belt Scribe! Ryan Crozier will add a dimension if true. He was a man mountain at EB, and i think went down with a knee early last year? Anyhow,

Scribe, are you the guy who is at Fitzroy Reds? If so, how's your good friend the senior coach going out there? LOL.I may still have unresolved issues re: rd 15 2007 when Dutchy jagged 8 goals at BSO in his 2nd game after kicking 1.8 the week before. He certainly had his radar tuned after blowing out the cobwebs and added to Fitzroy's misery as we slid out of C and into D1.
