I'd refer you to the other thread.

Richmond are the greatest team in history, everyone knows it.

for the record folks, this clearly isn't a Richmond poster. Just for those that may be confused with how Bay 13, sorry, the MB works.

If that was good enough to beat the premiers, why didn’t you do that in every other game for the last 20 years?

You weren't the premiers at the time we beat you last year, having choked in the prelim when you actually had to play a fellow MCG tenant in late September, as opposed to some cooked interstate team or Geelong.

And anyway, it was early in Shaw's tenure. If we can humiliate the team that went on to be "premiers" after he'd been coaching for a week, imagine what we'll do after a full preseason with the psycho *er in charge.

In the bank with the young guns coming through. Hardwick today said that Riley is a midfield bull who last year in the VFA played 20 games and averaged 14 possessions a game. Is Dangerfield-esque. That’s amazing averages 14 possessions a game in the VFA can you believe it! The rest of the competition is doomed with these stats and another Dangerfield coming through.

Lynch a full pre-season, Rance to return by round eight, Cotch, Jack, Shorty and Nank to not miss 10+ games, a full season of Marlion Pickett plus Stack and Graham to return from injury. Then we have about six or seven future A graders banging down the door from the seconds.

Life is good as a Richmond supporter.

A Tigers supporter 5 months and counting hey? Who did you support before the flag win out of curiosity? :tearsofjoy:

You’ll probably finish 10th to 15th, which is indicative of your list quality.

Speaking of your list, it’s interesting to know Jarred Polec is getting paid more than Tom Lynch...

Ahhh that first sentence is the essence. We were not the premiers at that point, we also weren’t prelim losers (we were closer to winning a flag than losing a prelim at that point in time).

We were mid season Richmond missing about a third of our first choice team.
A similar team got genuinely humiliated by the cats the next week. Yet that didn’t help them in the prelim.

He obviously is looking at signs rather than a 1:1 performance. That’s just extrapolating beyond what Hardwick said.

North Melbourne along with the Bulldogs are one of our bogey sides. I will be a little bit nervous if we met either in finals.

Not easy getting a gauge on you guys, had nice scalps on us and Collingwood. The Geelong game looks worse then what it was (away at KP with drenching rain) while Essendon seems to have your measure.

Would agree if Hardwick didn’t mention Dangerfield-esque. One a great player of the comp and a kid who’s played 20 games in the two’s averaging 14 possessions a game!

Tigers hype is hilarious and it’s even coming from the coach.

Why does it make you uncomfortable?

No, quite the contrary. Your continued love of the mighty tigers (while remaining a North supporter) reassures me that our quality control measures are working.
