Why check behind on the flop in that KJ hand? Figure that flop would hit someone's range enough for them to call and there are a ton of bad turn cards for you (either for them to catch up to kill your action).
I always tend to overplay my hands when i hit big on the flop and feel i'm not getting enough value currently..... Thought i'd induce action on the turn by slowing down. At least in this case what i thought was a terrible turn, turned out to be decent
Slow playing has cost me a bit though, so it's a catch 22 as i try to find the balance of when to slow down and when to be aggressive when i have a monster
