Tex and Jenkins cost us again. Carrying both of them and we’ll seriously miss McGovern’s marking ability and willingness to jump and attack the ball this year. Plus we could have used him down back when Doedee went down.

Because if you watched the game, you would have noticed that the game was won and lost with our forward 50 enteries.
Being here the score line was not a reflection of the game as a whole.

As a team we are cooked, Hospital handballs, no structure, poor basic football skills, no situational awareness that is the worst performance l have seen in the last two years.

That's about it. I love ya Tex..... but you're done. Do we play Fog who is equally big and slow, or do we try to speed up the forward line and throw a Davis or Ned in there ?? We won't do anything, so I'm not sure why I'm bothering hypothesising.
I'm still waiting for the Gibbs that was supposedly going to win us a flag. He never was and never will.
I'll cut JJ a tiny bit of slack because he had to cover both walkers man and giving Sauce the towel after his many bathes.
Mackay did enough..... which sucks.

And then there's Tom Doedee. Getting beaten is one thing, getting beaten and losing one of your most talented players for a year is just awful.
That game was meant to answer some questions..... it answered the wrong ones. The ones we feared.

Over the last 20 years I don't think some in our off field team (administration, coaching etc) have been as hungry for success as us the supporter. Win or lose the gravy train will still exist for them.
