Disappointing he is thinking of going, he improved a lot this year.

if he did go I’d value him around pick 25 the issue is your 2nd rounder is likely to be a late pick and probably pushed back to a third with all bids and the like. That’d be a pretty disappointing return

Worth more to the original club situation. Cats wouldn’t want to pay more than something in the late 30s and north would want something in the early 20s given his age and rate of improvement this year.

Expected to stay, but definitely a possibility to leave still.

Runs all day, high on repeat sprints, decent leg speed, but not express, can lockdown, versatile, neat kick and fairly creative by foot. Averages about 18 disposals on a wing in a shit side. Natural winger for mine.

You've obviously seen him more than me but I must say he's looked a little underwhelming at times but did improve as it looked like he was moved to defence.

One thing we are genuinely lacking is a true running defender who can take the game on. Can you see him developing into that player? How high is his ceiling?

We're very tight on list spots unless we win the flag and a few decide to retire, and with Atkins and Close needing to be upgraded and Clohesy (academy) and Riccardi (F/S), we may not take a live pick into the draft, so it may well be pick 36 ... Assuming we use our 1st on Hopper..

I rate his run, his ball use cops a bit of stick but I think that was a product of our terrible off ball running, many players in defence ended up having to attempt pin point kicks to a stationary target with a bloke all over them.

Needs to get stronger but I really rated his progress. Is a useful type

I hope he stays, has had a decent year and was our only nomination in the 22 under 22 this season so as far as our youth goes, he's rated. There's been rumours about this for a while though so maybe he's been gone for too long for the Clarko effect to kick in.

From what I understand, Bailey is still studying at Melbourne Uni - which was a major reason why he choose North originally. I'd be surprised if he left before finishing his course.

Pick 36 would be about right..geelong would want less and north more so about right with maybe some minor shuffling the other way.
