1 week is a joke. If you get two weeks for bending Ginivanna’s arm back with no damage, this should be at least as bad as that.

If ZT gets off after instigating, throwing first contact, then the AFL has become a bigger farce than Umpire descent.

Entirely possible that I’ve got my red, white and blue-coloured glasses on, but I’ve seen a few posters/tweeters saying head butting is as bad as it gets - Surely eye-gouging or king hits are far worse? Not at all defending Smith either, what he did was ordinary and deserves suspension.
