Protected yet had the most weeks missed through suspension since 2010 in the whole comp.
A Smith challenge is merely 10k wasted by the dogs. He's got no chance.

Actually mate - a person only has to be ‘in fear of physical harm and the circumstance to be credible’ for an assault charge to be proven.

IE I don’t know you, you walk up and threaten to punch me - I could get you charged....if there was a reliable witness.

They will push for it to be 1 week and say Tuohy contributed. Which he did.

As above the AFL should have given Touhy 1 and Smith 2. Both of them were in the wrong.
