Mobile providers can refuse post-paid services based on credit scores (in Australia).
Mobiles sold in Australia can call 000 or 112 without a SIM so nobody is denied access to emergency services, but I can see your point.

We have people explain that the reason they continued to boo Goodes, or they started to boo Goodes, was because they were told they can't...

Or a gay cake maker being asked by a Christian customer to write in one of his creations that 'Homosexuality is an abomination'. In that example the gay business owner is well within his/her rights to knock that request back, it's basic common sense.

What would be unacceptable and discriminatory is if a customer that clearly identifies as a Christian/Muslim/whatever merely wants to purchase an ordinary run-of-the-mill cake and the gay owner out rightly refuses because he/she finds Christians/Christianity offensive and has no intentions of providing them with his/her services or vice versa with the roles reversed (Christian owner/gay customer).

I find interesting that no Christian to date has ever attempted this but a gay couple shamelessly and deliberately targeted a business owned by a Christian for that very purpose. It says a lot in my opinion.

This thread has rightfully been a little comedic but what you posted should be treated seriously and not just in relation to the individual involved.

It has become accepted by much of the psychological community and also social workers, and even politicians, to accept people claiming to be transgender at face value. Whereas the evidence of high co-incidence with other mental illnesses points to it be being part of a more general dissociative condition. For example, a male who claims he started menstruating at 13 or 14 is clearly delusional.

Then there are examples where biological males have used claims of transgender to sexually harass females.
