I think you can slow down the effects caused by stress, poor diet etc. but if you are naturally greying I reckon that's just part of life. I started getting grey beard and grey sideburns maybe late 20s early 30s and it's kinda holding there for now. I assume I'll be completely grey some time in my 40s or 50s.

I Reckon its all marketing, they just give you testosterone blockers like prosca etc mixed with a few fancy shampoos that do f all.
The people who endorse the products eg Wayne Carey, have hair transplants in the off season where they are out of the public eye.
I lost my hair in my twenties and have gone through all this bullshit before I bit the bullet and shaved my head, the ONLY thing that can restore your hair is a transplant, and the only thing that can keep your hair from falling out Is prosca/fin.

The other alternative scam is warney and advanced hair, gluing a rug to your head and claiming it’s been regrown strand by strand.

Short of a hair-piece or implant surgery they're all con-jobs taking your $$$ by feeding off insecurities & vanity.

This guy is adamant he's reversed his hair loss. He's done over a hundred videos about it. I've watched a few of them, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't pimp any products
