IT'S nearing a year since Krista Vendy appeared on the arm of Hollywood star William Hurt at the Oscars.
And finally her former beau, Marcus Baldwin, has spoken about being jilted at the red carpet. The former Cats player and now fashion entrepreneur has alleged that Vendy's continuing claims that she is just good friends with Hurt are nonsense.
Baldwin told a woman's magazine that he believed Vendy was first with Hurt on the night of the Oscars.
"When William asked her as his date, we were both really excited," Baldwin said. "We knew this could be her big break in Hollywood.
"I knew straight away by the tone of her voice (that she'd been with him that night)."

Actually Melb beat us ... and Woewodin got 3 votes, Brad Sholl started a brawl at halftime to which Melb credited their comeback to saying that it sparked them up.
