I don't think that the motivation to get one back comes into it. Balme won't get a kick or be a member of their midfield. Professional organisations are after the perceived best, anyone beating their chest and fist pumping over the signing of a rival's football department head is a rank amateur. That shit is left for us to do. Forget KB's trolling, he has a good chuckle when pies fans fall for his crap.Richmond are desperate to exact "revenge" on CFC for their Treloar embarrassment.
And make no mistake, it was a huge embarrassment for them from the President down.
This is it. They now see us as even.
And good luck to them.
Poor Balmey is the pawn in a very political game. First is the revenge on CFC, the second is the current administrations success in signing Balme when the challengers could not.
Good luck to him. I'm sure they have spent overs to get his signature.
Nice guy, no hard feelings from me.
Another poster spoke of Balme giving inside info about recruits but as many know, there are very few secrets in the footy world because of managers and other who work on the periphery. Worried about nothing.
