Thats a bit rich coming from somone who posts a thread calling Judd a spud based on 4 games where his efficiency was down contrary to the knowledge that he has been in the top handful of players every year for the past 8-9 years

There's a difference here.

I actually watched Judd play, lol'd at him, found stats and then posted. While you've just posted stats without watching Banfield play.
 
I have watched Banfield play and to be honest his stats as posted in OP are very flattering to his actual output.:thumbsu:

Unfortunatey u-tube doesn't post clips of ineffective disposals (Banfields would overload their server).:D
If they did I'd be able to post just as many as you flogs can - seeing as half his disposals are ineffective.

Effective top 4 as one of Saints or freo will lose. Plus we have wins over Saints and cats so we are in reality cruising to top 4.

My point is Banfield is a first year player who is only going to improve whereas you blokes have McLean (Whom you didn't recruit as a depth player, you all thought he was a gun, ha). Easy to see who has more upside. Enjoy.:thumbsu:

Of the players you named above Clarke hasn't played a match yet so hold off on your judgement there, Buchanan broke his thumb in Round 1 and is working his way back (successfully mind you), and Staker, Raines and Maguire have been more than servicable which, to be honest, has surprised me as I had reservations when we picked them up.

Clarke can be judged on prior exploits which are poor.
Buchanan has been unsighted since return
Staker is going suprisingly well
Raines is very servicable in the QAFL.
Maguire is lost without Merrett to help.
Fevola is fat and slow these days

So overall it is a fail.

Henderson is a 20 yo KPP no idea why anybody would get rid of them TBH.

Staker - We agree
Raines - You may have me there, time will tell
Maguire - Admirable efforts under extreme pressure
Fevola - Clearly not at his best yet but equal leader in the Coleman

Henderson - Let's agree to re-visit that one in a couple of years, most Lions supporters hope he has a long and successful career, just not with you blokes.

Watch that clip again, and pay attention to the last couple of seconds. I love the embarassment on his face and how he vaguely points to his right with his right hand, as a lame attempt to deflect from his kick.

"Someone, there's a .... player.... man up....." he wants to say, but the sheer embarassment on his face has rendered him unable to speak.

"Maybe if I just vaguely point off to the right and behind me, people will forget that I just did that."
