its pretty easy to love if you just switch off and let em go nuts and pretty easy not to if you look too closely

Your thinking too much. Just enjoy the sex, violence and ludicrous but fun story line and ignore the blatant plot holes.

Just finished the first season. Cracking show, loved it.

Despite being far fetched it just works. There's something incredibly satisfying about watching Hood **** up whichever crims piss him off in his town.

Then the epic prison ep (6 I think) galvanized the second half of the season as the major plotlines came through well.

- The police chick needs more time, she's underrated.
- Looking forward to Proctor getting it ON with his Amish niece. :D :confused:
- The Indian bird's smoking, in fact the entire female casting has been superb, Carrie was epic in the finale.

Looking forward to season 2. :thumbsu:
 
The Amish niece is a stunner!
I watched about 3 episodes a few months back and recently hammered the rest out in a night. You're right despite the silliness of it all it does work. Some great actors on this show like the guy who plays Proctor. Quite an acclaimed actor in his home country.
The fights scenes in this show don't exactly pull any punches :p

Please donot continue those 10 minute fight scenes from season 1.
 
Banshee advertising budget out of control.....

Was advertised throughout UFC 168 last night on the screen and in the ring, would have cost a fortune.

I searched BF and no UFC thread btw? heck Banshee, lets talk about that broken leg
 
If you like Justified and Burn Notice then you will like this.

I've watched all three and think they're all rubbish. Would have liked when I was 11-15.

The whole robbery scene from start to finish was just stupid. I don't hold much hope of season 2 being better. Think it's got more potential to be trashy.
 
That's half the shows charm for mine though. Trashy, violent and OTT.

Would hate to see it degenerate to some boring mainstream crap.
