Gee our board membership is increasing tonight
Long shot. Flying in from London for my father's 70th birthday. Both lifetime South Melbourne / Sydney supporters. We both have no tickets, but I'm prepared to pay whatever anyone wants to surprise my Dad (he doesn't know I'm visiting). PM me if there's a chance of 2 tickets, but no sweat if not.
I'm quite tempted myself to fly from the UK as well for the game. Only if i was guaranteed a ticket though.
Yeah, I want the club to put together an overseas membership where you're guaranteed a GF ticket without having to pay for the H&A seats. Then you can book your plane ticket with confidence.
True! I guess it wouldn't make it fair on the people that turn up to H&A games if an overseas membership was automatically guaranteed a ticket, but if we could enter the ballot somehow like everyone else, it would be great.
If you don't head over, where are you watching it? There is 1 pub in Edinburgh showing it, but i'm not convinced, i've emailed asking them questions asking if i can wear a guernsey and if i need to book a seat/ticket to get in but they haven't responded. Flights are cheap to London and i know some of the pubs down there would put on a great event, so i'm tempted to go there as well.
I'm actually heading over. I'd love it if I could get into the ground. Otherwise I'm happy to be around my family at a pub just around the MCG. As mentioned, I'll be surprising my Dad on his 70th birthday next Friday night! It would be magnificent if I could get him a ticket, he's never been to a GF.
I'm a W.A. member, but i'm in Scotland, so won't be going. I admit i havn't been palying any attention to my emails, so i'm not sure about the barcodes? My membership card doesn't have one. But if anyone can use my member number to buy a ticket, they are welcome to do so. If it's possible, PM me. Preference will obviously go to regular swans BFers.
That got changed. You should have priority 3 access. I know someone with the Red 3 that got in.Red 3, Country 5, Interstate, Superpass, Supporter and Swans Squad members do not have access to Grand Final tickets from the Sydney Swans member allocation.
Oh well. Everyone that is going, cheer extra loud for me OK?
No, they changed it, you're priority three. PM the barcode on your membership card to mark121. He's been asking for a while. The next person to come in and offer a barcode, please consider PMing swansfan51 before posting in here.Red 3, Country 5, Interstate, Superpass, Supporter and Swans Squad members do not have access to Grand Final tickets from the Sydney Swans member allocation.

All types were valid for the first ballot. Is this true i.e. only membership types that were entitled to get a ticket in the first ballot are again the only types that are valid to be able to try for tickets in the second on-sale period? Other membership types e.g. Country aren't valid for his round?
