Interesting first 4 episodes. Story is moving along. Not sure where its headed. Definately a darker season.

hank owned episode 4. The bomb app was hilarious.

I personally hate the Sally storyline but can't see her being gone for long.

Yeah the sally arc and character seems like it should belong to a different show. I get that its about mocking hollywood superficialness. But why is that in a show about a hitman. The acting part was about grounding barry. Which adds to the show, But we dont need a whole hollywood acting component to the story that is complete seperate from barry.

What? It adds to Barry’s character, the way he treats her, especially this series. Also a show is not about just one character developing. Barry trying to redeem himself by helping Noho, Gene and trying to be a good partner to her. It’s also about others in her case how self absorbed with her career she ..so much she ignored his bad behaviour and even apologises. Ignores the victim story with her glee with Rotten Tomato ratings of 98%. This all adds layers to a show. Odd take tbh.

Sometimes, actually often, shows develop side stories for characters who are no longer relevant to the main plot just so the actors stay employed. It feels like this might be drifting into that territory. It might not though. We will see. Barrys arc might revolve around being obsessed with her and trying to get her back.

in any case it was a minor criticism. Been a great start to season 3.

Yeah it was awesome. Bill Hader is quite the director. Massive film buff too. He will be directing features soon.

Yeah I'm quite often amazed at how much they fit into 30 mins.

Really think this has been the best season by a long way. Perhaps because isn't as entwined with the acting class.

Wow the last 10 mins. Just intense and weird.

the scene when the biker tries to give his mate the gun but it causes him to crash. Just lol.

this show is terribly underated.

this season is bordering on brilliant.

Hahaha yeah the 'handoff' was funny as ****. It was so jarring with the tension going on but that just made it funnier.

Not as good an ep. Really don't see what Sally is adding anymore.

Hank is an absolute pisser. "Oh yeah, I thought that's what you were doing, I just didn't want to interrupt and be rude"

Holy wow. That was incredible.

quite possibly one of the greatest ever season finales of all time.

what a season.

the intensity was just non stop.

im struggling to think of which scene was more jaw dropping.

That whole season was phenomenally well done.

Absolutely brilliant last ep. This show deserves so much more praise than it gets.

Agree on that I don't know where they go from here.

Apparently hader is writing sesson 4 right now. So that episode wasnt the show finale despite it giving solid conclusions for all characters story arcs.

clearly the show is going in a new direction, whch is exciting. It may not work but cant fault them for trying.

when asked why barry wasnt doing any acting this season Haders response was that the show has clearly moved past that for Barry. This show aint about resetting the narrative like so many others. It moves foward. Its refreshing.

Absolutely agree here.

Although you could now argue it's moved past pretty much everyone but Barry/Hank/Cristobal.

Clearly everyone else loved it but I easily preferred season 1 and 2.

This season just felt like a jumbled mess compared to the previous two.

I was the other way around. I thought the acting class scenes were some of the best from the first two seasons.

There was nothing as good in season 3 as Barry having the meltdown on stage after killing Chris.
