He was more than a garbageman pre-knee woes though, had some serious hops.
Both his and LaPhonso Ellis's injuries, combined with the fallout from Bernie Bickerstaff's 'master plan', set Denver back 10 years.
I'm only teasing - I remember playing it well into the 90s on a craptactular Epson PC complete with floppy discs.
Used to call it 'NBA Live 89'.
My enduring memory is that only a handful of players could hit a three in that game, and one of them was Brian Shaw![]()
