Watched the Bad Boys a few days ago and I must say I have a lot more respect for that team now, they played Ball differently to everyone else but they played it well

Laimbeer was a much better character than I thought he was, such ashame Isiah isn't talked about as much as he should be, from that doco, he is a much better player than I ever thought
 
I liked the whole Laimbeer as the Darth Vadar of the NBA thing. He really embraced being the villain.
Rodman and Isiah have interesting enough stories to have entire ones made about them. The disdain for Isiah was one of the more interesting subplots of the documentary.
 
With players so image conscious these days I wonder if a team would ever embrace the bad guy tag like the Pistons did, even if it helped secure a championship? These days those disliked by many like Lebron and Dwight seem to spend their time worrying about how to make everyone happy and like them, it must have been a lot easier just to think '**** it, if you don't like me I'm gonna make sure you have a reason not to'.
