Sounds like a stupid idea to force the players from both teams to travel 15 000km to play an exhibition game in October when most players would have wanted to be on the piss in those days

Probably ironic that Carlton's like Britain at the moment, former superpowers but currently share little significance to their competitors. But yeah hopefully the Shanghi disaster eliminates any future plans of games of footy in the off season...
