Metro isn't really battlefield (64-player on PC at least), more of a giant circle jerk so the normal rules don't apply. It's like the Special Olympics, even if you win etc. etc.

The no RPG, m320, USAS servers make it a bit more bearable, but I'd love to see a no grenade server. It's getting to the point where people are so busy trying to throw grenades they don't even see enemy guys running straight past them I also can't believe people actually spend hours in the same spot, camped on an ammo box, throwing grenades into the same spot. On one particular server there's one guy who's in there all the time, doing the same thing every round. He gets a massive score but must be boring as hell.

But I agree.... It's basically counterstrike, complete with the bitching kids.

My best kills in BF3 is like 26 or something. BFBC2 my best was 62. Of which I took a photo of.

I'm yet to pass 60 kills so I would like to get that soon. I've got in the 50s a few times now and got pictures of a few of them on my phone.

My highest in BC2 was 74 I think I have a photo somewhere!

I find BF3 a lot easier to get kills in compared to BC2.

I find it the exact opposite.
I find points easier to get though. I'm not really a big kill kind of player in BF3 but I can accumulate points.

I had over 1000 dogtags in BC2 which included an epic two games with over 120 kills and 50 dogtags.

Stabbing is so flawed in BF3. I have 3 guys lined up for stabs got the first two cleanly then couldn't instant stab the third he just turned away and shot me. So pissed.

50-8 & 49-13 my highest 2 rounds in BF3 both in rush defense losses which lasted until under 15 tickets for each set of mcoms, for maximum game length. Both times I was head and shoulders MVP1 struggling to hold up a team full of nubs.

I know I should and I often do. This was in a game I was just mucking around in. I give up plenty of tags now and just shoot.

Had smashed teams in previous games which resulted in mass rage quit and resulted in our squad being autobalanced. Outnumbered 4v6 for the first 3 bases then gumby's net pooped out and we spent about 12 minutes down 3v6 on the last base before finally knocking the final m-com down with the ticket count dwindling.

Not only were we outnumbered but somehow the pricks found out a way for a second Tunguska to spawn without losing the first, so substantially outnumbered against 2 Tunguskas plus a T-90 is a solid win in my book.

Waste or time or not is anyone's guess?


What's more annoying is my player profile data is damaged resulting in every custom spec, attachment and specialisation including server browser options is virtually randomised when I start the game up.

Really hate the karkand maps on Conquest, pretty much forces you to play as engineer or support (if your a good ninja with C4). Wayyyyyyyy to many vehicles and not enough cover late in the game (after everyone has blown the building to bits).

Also sick of the USAS, at first people just used it on Metro and Grand Bazar but lately it is on every map, sick of getting out gunned at medium to long range by a bloody shotgun. It almost ruins the game.

Speaking of C4, looks like there's another "exploit" doing the rounds involving C4 and grenades (I think). Got to the point where people were getting 8-10 person multikills, never see it done before till tonight.
