Just caught the plane back from Melb. Hall and a few of the boys were on it. He had some supporting bandaging on his knee, but I didnt' notice too much of a limp and he wasn't on crutches at all. Which I thought was a pretty positive sign. :thumbsu:

Seemed in pretty good spirits actually. Hall, Amon and Phillips were having a laugh at Jude because when he and his partner turned up Jude was carrying an absolutely huge amount of shopping bags. :p

At one stage the ankle was more of the problem but from what I can tell you all Bazza can play this week but they will wait and see how he comes up . Just general soreness which one would expect And as for auskick went down for his birthday to have with family/friends

never listen to them. i seriously don't know where or how they got these information about him being out of the season or got an ACL. Its really stupid stuff. Barry Hall was walking, cheering and thanking the crowd after the game!!! if he copped a season ending injury surely he would be in the change rooms and not celebrating a win!!!

He didn't do an ACL knee injury, he hyper extended his knee and I think done the same injury as Adam Goodes did in 2004 and he played on. I wouldn't be surprised if he played against the Brisbane Lions but he diffinately won't be out for the rest of the season.

I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't play against the Lions. We have plenty of forwards who can cover him. It just frustrates me the way people think that Sydney depend on one player. Thats a load of bullcrap. We have MOL, ROK, Monty, Snides, Everitt, Davis, Grundy and Vogels who can kick a goal or two or more. ;)

I know what you mean, they think we don't have depth, that's a load of ****. We have the best forwardline in the competition. You take Lynch out of the Eagles team and they will struggle to kick goals.

You can add White,Phillips.

Also He may be a rookie listed player but you can throw in Rowe as well and dont be surprised

Bazza will play but if he doesnt White

or forward looks bright. :)

So true. Its only the matter of time where we can prove these sceptics wrong. Besides, i think there are some stats that even though Baza hasn't kicked any goals, we still managed to win. eg last year, in the H&A season, against fremantle. We defeated them by 33 points (or something like that), and Bazza didnt kick any goals. The 2005 semi-final, Bazza didn't kick any goals, and clearly Nick Davis is another key forward in the swans line up. :thumbsu:

NEWS ON BAZZA'S KNEE

There were fears Hall faced a long stint on the sidelines, but tests last night showed a minor ligament tear.
Swans medico Dr Nathan Gibbs even rates Hall a fair chance of playing next week.

Give Bazza time to recover, and bring in the younger guns. Give them more senior games.
