T20 BB01 Round 3 West Coast Whales vs Blue Mountains Bounders @ Optus Stadium

Two clubs with reasonable sized logos face off this week. The West Coast Whales have started off averagely with 1-1 from their first two games, coming off a big loss to the Bolts last week. The Bounders are literally the worst team in the competition, sitting last with two heavy defeats from their first two games. They are currently winless as a franchise and are coming up against the premiership favourite Whales on their home deck for the first time ever.

2nd vs 4th this week with plenty of bowling on both sides. Frankston Rover was serviceable last week, while the Whales only managed one run out for their whole innings, Ljp86 and Wooshette will be looking for wickets early this time out. Van_Dyke was robbed of a ton last game, finishing unbeaten on 96, while for the Bounders, KohPhi through it away on the same number, hope he scores a duck this week. Also I can guarantee this week that I will hit kdavva74 for a maximum, no doubt about it.

Remember captains that submission is 11:59 AEST Thursday.

Mate, mate, mate... I bowled Ant Bear first ball. That was just a warm up though, I've saved the Nathan Lyon special for this week - taking an early four wicket maiden, the whole crowd getting behind SarahSmiles yelling out 'Niiiiiiiiiice Sparkle!' from behind the stumps, and a huge flying catch. No need to worry that I'm a quick though, the idea still makes sense
